cpo-pr

Applies the product’s pull request contract: the PR body, the links between PR and card, and the state moves that put a card in front of the owner correctly.

When to use it

  • a card’s work is built and verified and needs a PR
  • a PR exists but is not wired to its card or not ready for review

What it needs

  • a configured repo — the branch topology and tracker verbs come from config and the tracker adapter
  • a card with verification evidence attached

What you get

  • a PR that follows the contract, linked both ways to its card
  • the card moved to the human-review state, waiting on the owner

Where it sits

The handoff from agent to owner. After it runs, the owner reviews; their approval moves the card to the merge-ready state — the gate only the owner may set. cpo-ship merges from there.
