cpo-standup
Reads the comment inbox and walks the whole board back to front, then recommends a next action with a ready-to-run prompt for every finding. It never moves cards, dispatches work, or writes anything.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- you want to know what is waiting on you
- you want board status: what is ready to merge, ready to pull, or stuck
- you are checking how a batch of dispatched cards is doing
What it needs
Section titled “What it needs”- a configured repo — run
cpo-setupfirst - read access to the tracker
What you get
Section titled “What you get”- a report ordered back to front: merge-ready first, then review, then in-progress, then the queue
- a ready-to-run prompt for each finding, so acting on the report is one paste
Where it sits
Section titled “Where it sits”Read-only, any time. It recommends the next skill to run — cpo-ship for
an approved queue, cpo-dispatch for ready cards, cpo-shape for cards
short of definition — and does none of it itself.
